EMF in our population
Research shows that about 3% of the Dutch population indicates that they experience complaints as a result of electromagnetic radiation. This signal has been given for more than 20 years by people from all over the world and from different cultures. It is constantly confirmed by new people who experience similar complaints.
What to do about radiation sensitivity?
Radiation sensitivity (EHS) involves complaints such as tinnitus, light-headedness, headaches, dizziness, itchy scalp, eczema, migraines, nausea, fatigue, sleep disturbances, heart palpitations, depression, anxiety , difficulty concentrating, forgetfulness, restless bowels. Those who go to a doctor with this information run the risk of being told: “That’s between the ears”. This leaves EHS sufferers with no other option than to find other ways to cope with this.
What can you do? When you experience symptoms, it is important to know what is causing them. If you think it is EMF, start in your own home. It may surprise you but the strongest exposure to EM radiation often takes place in your own home. So first look at the devices you have in your home. Turn off your devices one by one and feel if that improves your feelings. Start by replacing wifi with cabling. Get back to just using a landline phone (not DECT) and turn off your cell phone at home. Remove all EM sources near where you sleep, including an electric waterbed, alarm clock radio and electric toothbrush.
If all of this does not improve your well-being, then you can attempt to shield your home. In addition to shielding, you also need to filter all incoming cabling. Both of these are the work of professionals. You can get more information about this through the WPEN. The book of WPEN can be of great help.
For spiritually minded people, there is another path open. That is the path of Spiritual Resilience. On my website www.georgeremkes.com you can find the full text of an article published in the magazine Spiegelbeeld. The article is entitled Spiritual Immunity. Together with my wife www.hadewychwerner.com I am working on a project called Spiritual Resilience. People who are curious about this can apply to her and to my website.
